So I absolutely love tomatoes and am a firm believer that they taste a lot better when they are home grown. Well we pulled our first tomatoes off of our tomato plants today. How exciting!! by the end of the summer I may be sick of them (I doubt it but we shall see), but I am happy. This is the first thing we have ever planted and I am happy to say it was successful. Hooray for not having to pay money for worse tasting tomatoes at the store!! Oh and forgive this picture, it's not a very cute one.Friday, August 7, 2009
